Each batch is made and infused a minimum of two weeks, then strained and bottled.

Elderberry Honey is infused with Elderberry from our own farmland, organic ginger, organic cloves, and organic cinnamon. It is like a concentrated version of your favorite Elderberry syrup! Put in your tea or enjoy a spoonful by itself!
